Shipping policy

Alira Jewels will dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment being received. An email will be sent to you advising that your order has been dispatched. Delivery within the applicable domestic delivery area should generally take no more than 2 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Alira Jewels uses reputable courier services and requires a signature upon delivery.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can help trace your parcel. For international courier shipments, we will provide tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
